Sign-up details for LepEU training and hackathon 2026
Applications are open for the LepEU Workshop 2026: a joint training + hackathon event focused on the analysis of Lepidoptera genomic data.

Benchmarking studies in genomics and bioinformatics show that analytical choices can lead to different results, even when using the same data. In response, the LepEU Workshop 2026 will focus on developing best-practice recommendations for reproducible Lepidoptera genomics.
The program is designed to support participants with different levels of experience:
- Beginners will learn how to run and interpret standard bioinformatics pipelines
- More experienced participants will explore the potential of alternative approaches in Lepidoptera population genomics
